Legal Director

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field
• Competency in advance Administrations, legal documents, legal contracts / agreements
• Strong exposure and sound knowledge in handling corporate legal matters and contracts
• Strong project management, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good English and Excellent Communication Skill
• Hard Working and Good Personality
• Computer literacy is a must
• Work place in Bali

Responsibilities :

• Providing legal opinion, review and drafting.
• Handling Overall Legal Affairs pertaining to Group, companies, and projects business activity
• Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfilled
• Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing.
• Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the company
• Develops and modifies policies and procedures to conform to legal regulatory and network firm requirements include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions.
